We will take your existing resume (no matter what stage it is at) and your finished questionnaire to rewrite your résumé. Based on your career or educational goals, your job descriptions will be edited and information added that will ensure you have a résumé that sells.
We require all clients to complete a worksheet that helps us discover your relevant skills, job descriptions and achievements. While this step can be tedious, it allows us to have all the information we need to begin your résumé with minimal delays due to missing information. Beyond that, your only other job is to provide feedback on your new résumé.
As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will work with you until you are 100% happy with your documents. That means unlimited revisions until the final draft (and 7 days after delivery). Currently, we do not offer refunds on our résumé services.
Everyone’s experience differs, so while we consider any design requests, we will ultimately choose which template that best suits your skills and experiences. In the end, you’ll still have a beautiful document that will definitely impress.
First drafts are available within 3 business days of us receiving all of the required information. This timeframe does not include holidays or weekends. Questionnaires completed after 5pm EST will be processed the next day. Final draft completion depends on your level of communication. A skill highlight section typically goes below your career profile section, and it is a great way to pull out your hard and soft skills.
Depending on the extent of your experience and purpose of résumé, your editor will craft a document that will succinctly display your accomplishments and skills. Not everyone will receive a career profile/highlight section.
